frient works with SmartThings

frient products are the first to be converted to Works with SmartThings (WWST)

We’re excited to announce that the frient Intelligent Smoke Alarm, Water Leak Detector, Entry Sensor, and Entry Sensor Pro are now integrated directly with SmartThings – no need for custom drivers.

The Water Leak Detector was the first ever to be converted from Compatible with SmartThings (CST) to Works with SmartThings (WWST), and there are many more frients still to come!

Easy integration with SmartThings

With the WWST integration, you can see the friently sensors directly in your SmartThings app and easily connect them to your smart home system.

All functionalities of the frients are natively supported by the SmartThings app.

For example, you can activate the sirens of the Intelligent Smoke Alarm, so that all alarms in the house go off in case of a fire.

Protect your home from fire and water damage

Fires and floods can cause costly damage to your home and belongings. The earlier you detect them, the better.

The friently smoke alarm and water leak detector warn you with a loud siren and a notification on your phone.

They make sure you know immediately if something is wrong at home, no matter if you’re watching your favorite TV show or are on vacation far from home.
