Have you ever lost a manual for a product you bought?
Yeah, us too. Those paper manuals are easy to lose, either by accident, or deliberately, in the trash because you thought you were never going to read it again.
Well, sometimes those product instructions contain some valuable tips that are worth keeping for later.
That’s why we have created a whole new and improved digital space for instructions and tips on how to use the frients.
Easy QR code access to installation instructions and product guidance on your phone
With the new frient installation manuals being moved from paper manuals in the box to an easy-to-access dashboard on your phone through a QR code, it will be much easier to quickly find the information you need without having to skim through a – well, let’s face it – kind of boring paper manual.
Besides instructions on how to install and connect your product, you will also be able to access additional tips for your frient device.
These will be added on a continuous basis, so it might be worth scanning the QR code later on and not just when installing your product for the first time.

If your new frient device comes with a little QR code card in the box, you might want to throw the card out at some point, and we get that.
But don’t worry – you can always find the QR code for the installation manual for your frient here on frient.com. Just look for ‘Manuals’ in the menu at the top of the page.
It’s easy to find the digital manual for your product. Simply scan the QR code – or click the button next to if you are on your phone – and select your frient product from the list 'Popular products'.
Please note we are still in the process of creating digital versions of all the frient product manuals, so you might not find the manual for your specific frient or in your local language yet – but we are working on it.
